Although coaches have no affect on team's performance, I think we should still have them. You can pick whoever you want to be your coach, he or she doesn't have to be related to basketball at all. First come, first served.

I gotta go with Coach Sloan. He's ran this team for so long, I would hate for him to have to step aside now. Assistant coach: Coach K, because of the youth, and I believe he can develope them into something good.
