In my opinion Boston gets the better end of the deal here, but it's not too much to not to accept. I accept.

This is basically Ray for Monta swap...the other guys, though they are solid players, are there mainly to match salaries.
I get a younger guy, but sacrifice ratings for now...Ellis is signed longterm, so hopefully he keeps up his great RL play.

I'm not very sure about this. Ratings wise its not much and CJ Miles is not exactly scrubs. Monta is 5 ratings point lower but is signed much longer, giving stability to the team that has him. So ratings wise it doesn't make much sense, and with the way Monta has been playing he could be up for a rating increase soon, and by that time we might be talking about a 82 to a 85?
Unless Detroit tells me he wants to get some cap space for this offseason, I think I'll have to reject this. Sorry.

Wow, you don't trust a committee member to know what he's doing. I'll let Detroit explain his side of the deal.
As for CJ Miles, he's not a scrub (like 65 or less rated player is a scrub), no, but he's not that great either. He is young, but his salary is actually pretty high for what he's (not) done so far in his career.
We just had to match salaries, so that's why Miles and the other two are in there.

Charlotte my friend chill. And Boston, dont get all nasty here its cool. Im pretty sure what im trying to do. I HATE Ray Allen's guts. haha but the expiring is insanely attractive. I lose Monta (whom I adore) but I'm looking further ahead than this season. I need more than Monta to win a championship anyway. Besides right now is pretty(actually more than) decent for my team:
Andre Miller, Ray Allen, Ariza, KG, Kevin Love Bench: John Salmons, Tyrus Thomas, Chris Duhon.
haha I think i can manage. No worries guys=)

Oh and CJ Miles is really very underrated in here. His 3-P shooting has helped the Jazz greatly while Korver was injured. He provided that spark for several games off the bench. So give the dude some credit. However, a SIM league is a SIM League and some players won't ever be great. I'm still waiting for that ratings update though. Ariza's monstrous increment will be something I look forward to. PS Monta has been playing awesome. But dont forget, he has been averaging 20-21PPG the last two seasons. He's like 23PPG now? That's because Capt Jack isn't a Warrior anymore and doesnt take up the scoring load that's why Ellis is getting so many touches. But correct me if im wrong the warriors are doing their worst season in recent years, arent they still? So I really dont see a reason to increase Ellis' ratings that much anyway

1) Didn't think I was being nasty at all. I was surprised he thought this was bad enough, especially involving a committee member in the deal.
2) Someone has to try and take the scoring load for GSW. Monta is doing it on a very respectable 46% shooting. For a guard that's plenty good, especially with how often he's shooting. Also, for the first time in his career, he has just had 3 games in a row of 8+ assists. He shoots average/slightly above average from 3 (31.3%). And, he's actually avg 26.7ppg right now, that's elite. And, IMO, his career high steals (2.2 a game is elite also), and career high apg (5.5, that's top 15 in the league I think), with great rebounding for a guard (4.3 a game [especially a 6'3" 180lb guy like him]) more than make up for, and even go above and beyond the negative value of his TO's. They are possibly the worst in the league, BUT that's really the ONLY negative to his game right now. He's an 85 type guy in my eyes.
3) Miles is solid, but again, he didn't really need to be in this deal for me, except for his salary. His 3pt% is virtually identical to Monta (31.6%), which is, again, average to slightly above average. His FG% is terrible though - 40.2%. That hurts a lot. And though limited, his FT% this year is bad - 64.7%. Hurts a lot too. He's young, and definitely has potential, but he has to fix up a lot of things in his game still.

So be it then, if you think he should be an 85. I respect that. As for the ratings, the commitee will vote on it, so there shouldn't be an issue

As the 2 other Boston deals are up for a hold, they don't have the roster space right now, thus CJ Miles, Jamaal Magloire and Joe Smith won't be joining the team until other trades go trough (they won't be in neither team for that time, they're just pending inbetween). Ray and Monta will swap places tho'.

I just realized that after this deal Detroit would not have 12 players, thus the Monta-Ray swap will be delayed as well.
